Getting started with Programming Languages ? Python got you..

In this blog, I will tell you how I started to learn programming languages with a chemical engineering background.

In the covid-19 times, I could not find a job. So, I wanted to try and explore the IT fields at that time work from home sounded really good for me(I like staying home most of the time :-) ). But, IT field is an ocean and I was just a boat stuck in the middle of it and have no idea where to move . I felt overwhelmed!

As, I was new to learning programming languages, most advices I got is first to understand how the code works and importance of the syntaxes and how the computer responds to the code we give it to it.

I came to a decision to start with python language. As a starter as it was easy to understand as it were a plain English words like if, else, then, while, etc. I went through many videos and courses. But, the best resource I found online is,

When reading the book, I gained a confidence that programming languages is easy. Once, we understand the logic of a programming language it’s mostly the same for all the other programming languages like JavaScript, Java ,Ruby, etc.

Code with Mosh Hamedani,

when you watch listen to his teaching , you would 100% definitely buy his course. It is worth the money. There are many free videos but this one is gold. The link to his full course is,

And the other resource which I found interesting is ,

And an another great resource is, Freecodecamp,

To learn something new we just need a little motivation and a will to develop ourselves. We can learn whatever we want, It’s all in the internet.

To all the new Learners and starters, The best advice I could give is practice daily with the code. It improves Muscle memory.

If I start to learn programming languages for the first time, I would definitely suggest getting started with Python. It’s easy to understand just like learning plain English. Once we get the hang of it we can learn any programming languages.

This is it guys. If you liked it, I am very happy. Stay tuned for more . Happy coding!!!!
