Yes! Anger is my Strength

I have heard many of us saying that they are worried of their anger. A number of people visit anger management sessions, read blogs, etc. They are right on their front because they have ever felt, looked at it as a destructive element. Anger also shares its definition as the same but it also pour some positivity into it. That’s my point.

I perceive anger as my strength. It usually happens to me that whenever I am in anger, I find the apt solution to my prolonged problems. Parted my ways from negativity and failure. It occurs because there is a lot more going on inside when anger starts peeping inside us.

Anger is my way to spill out the negativity that irritates me. It is an emotion when produced takes all that pinches you inside itself and leaves you lighter when released. On being wrathful, I start thinking of quick possible solutions rather than focusing on problems and its giant shape solely. I use to do things that includes creativity like- writing poetry, drawing or, even scribbling which turn out to be great pieces. Why? Because it employs originality, wholehearted dedication and concentration. And trust me, its difficult to achieve that level of attentiveness in normal conditions. Anger gives you height on emotions.

If you learn how to transform anger from destructive to the constructive, you will be having much more than you have right now with you in any aspect of your life. There are certain ways of turning anger from negative towards positive. Hopefully, I will be sharing those tips/points to ponder and exercise soon…
