Do Black Men Even Like Black Women?

Some treat them like white racists treat us

I have heard several black men complain bitterly against Black women for all sorts of things. It seemed like they blamed all of their problems on them.

I wondered where I heard similar complaints before.

Then I remembered. I snapped my fingers as the synapse firing in my brain made a connection. I heard it from White people!

It reminded me of some of the common complaints that White racists use towards Blacks. I’ve been called an angry Black man before. To be honest, I have been called angry since the 80s. If a Black man spoke of racism at all, regardless of his measured tone he was angry. I believed this statement before white fragility and gaslighting was a thing. I tried to speak of racism and injustice in such a way that it almost seemed like it didn’t really happen.

Here are some examples of what I have heard Black men say about Black women.

Some Black men seem to ignore the fact that Black women are often left to put their dreams on hold and take care of kids by themselves. The fathers never seem to have any money to give them even though they seem to have money for everything else.

Some men use their Christianity and maleness as a weapon to demand the lordship of a home that they rarely ever see. They demand respect from kids that they never see. They disrespect the sexuality that they bend over backward to indulge in, and then turn around and hate on the very people that gave in to their wiles.

They want their cake and bitch about it too.

I would be angry if I was a woman also.
