→ When issuing digital identification certificates for the first time, one can replace the process of video calling with face recognition technology that compares the photo in a real-name certificate and a face shot.

→ After the process mentioned above, if a non-face-to-face verification ID issued and stored on a user’s mobile phone is presented, a special permission is given to recognize that a non-face-to-face verification has been carried out.

Unlike the traditional method of storing user’s personal information in a central server, MYKEEPiN uses blockchain to prevent personal information leakage. In other words, our service protects personal data through Self-Sovereign Identity because the information is encrypted in the user’s mobile phone.

In relation to this, MYKEEPiN Director commented “We are looking forward to expanding our DID business area since this designation provides us access to the financial sector business.” He also added, “Since this non-face-to-face authentication service technology basically stores facial recognition data and can be submitted in the form of a certificate, it is also expected that it can be applied in the untact (on/offline) business area.”
