On the fabric of reality.

The fabric of all reality is composed of vibrations of energy. Each unique to its own composition and frequency. Any experience that we perceive through our senses is a vibration. All vibrations are propagated in waves which have crests and troughs. Thus creating a game of now you see it, now you don’t.

One must remember that the crest and the troughs are inseparable. These polarities play a role in every day life and we must realize that the ying and yang are two sides of the same coin. On cannot pick a side without fooling oneself. The reality of all things is non dual. Nothing is separate, all of what is returns to an inseparable state appearing as two polarities in relation to each other.

You can’t have up without knowing what down is. Just like you need the night to allow for the nourishing transition towards daytime. Everything is part of this gamely relation between polarities.
