Why Youtube is King?

I am addicted to it!

Hi there,

I first became aware of YouTube's existence in 2006, and I was at high school at the time, and it seemed so magical to me. Now almost everyone has a youtube channel and people even open a youtube channel for their children.

I guess there isn’t a day that I don’t watch Youtube and I learned a lot from Youtube, even the existence of Medium, thanks to Shelby Church!

It was very surprising to learn that the first idea of Youtube was in the form of a video dating site. In 2006 its creators sold it to Google. Youtube is beyond that right now. Lots of people earn income from here and it’s free to open an account.

It may appear as a competitor to TikTok at the moment, but neither Netflix nor Disney+ nor TikTok can be its competitor.

Let’s face it, we are lazy and it is more appealing to us to watch than to research or read. Youtube attracts many people using its visual appeal. Youtube is both a school and an entertainment center.

I don’t even watch TV anymore and the platform I watch most videos is Youtube 😃
